描述
处理"SystemParametersInfo()"函数的调用时的一个错误可通过特定的SPI_SETDESKWALLPAPER和SPI_GETDESKWALLPAPER调用来导致kernal崩溃
该漏洞在打满补丁的windows XP SP3和Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2上已经确认，其他版本可能也受到影响
