这可恶意危害用户系统
RtspVaPgDecoder.RtspVaPgCtrl.1 ActiveX control(RtspVapgDecoder.dll)处理分配到"MP4Prefix" 属性的字串时的越界访问错误，可通过分配超长字串到受影响的属性导致堆缓冲溢出

溢出成功后可执行任意代码

该漏洞在RtspVapgDecoder.dll version 1.1.0.29中已经确认，其它版本也可能受到影响

解决方案

为受影响的控件设置kill-bit ActiveX控制器
