我的电脑用的电信的，宽带，现在出现了点击上网用的 ---电信星空极速--小软件，出现  vnetclient.exe 无法找到组件   msvcrt40.dll应用程序未启动  因此这个应用程序未那个启动，  重新安装应用程序，可能会修复这个问题

电信星空极速是个流氓软件（为什么说是流氓，楼主可以百度一下）。应该让微点或别的去流氓软件杀了
如果楼主还想要，可以重装一下即可。然后增加到电脑上杀软的白名单中

我卸载了重新安装了，也不行。晕倒，请大师给出解决方案   但是他只是出现一个提示， 就是上面的文字， 关闭这些文字，可以登陆，  用电脑自己的登陆方式也可以登陆，但是没有上面情况，我怕是系统问题。

    面对这一霸道之举，不少网民称星空极速拨号软件是电信鱼肉网民的一款工具，殊不知，星空极速拨号软件的霸道何其多，鱼肉网民，星空极速拨号软件可谓屡建“奇功”！

    星空极速“流氓”之处

    之所以说星空极速客户端是一把锋利的刀，是因为星空极速客户端的独特“功能”所致。用户需要一款功能方便而且非常实用的软件，而星空极速客户端不仅没有给用户带来便利，而且带来了诸多麻烦，甚至限制了网民的自由。在实际使用中，星空极速客户端给网民带来的不便之处有以下几个方面：

    1、弹出广告对话框：

    一旦用户安装了“星空极速”客户端之后，拨号连接成功之后，IE浏览器会自动打开并跳转到互联星空的页面。更令用户不厌其烦的是，在上网过程中，浏览器还会不断弹出广告对话框。

能登陆就行了。这软件不要也罢。自动连接网络可以用hellonet5.2版

msvcrt40.dll...似乎是VC++的运行库啊。。。
我这里有两个不一样的，自己拿去试一试，放到%systemroot%/system32里应该就可以了。我已经发到你邮箱里了

恩。。。。前两天去书店，稍微翻了本C语言的书，天。。。晕掉了
后来受不了才选Delphi的。
