我的微点12月11日后不能升级
我的微点12月11日后不能升级，截图如下
我的是XP SP3操作系统,
我现在微点的版本：微点主动防御软件 家庭版
程序版本： 1.2.10580.0150
特征版本： 1.6.945.081211
更新时间： 2008-12-11 17:08:15
之前能升级，现在能上网就是不能升级。
我的网络状况是珠江宽频。
用ipconfig/all测得结果如下：

请问楼主是否安装了其他杀毒软件或者防火墙？如果有，请卸载再测试一下
如果没有，请您先停止微点服务（停止微点服务: 开始-->运行-->services.msc-->MPSVC Service-->右键-->停止），然后清空微点安装目录下的mp12文件夹下所有文件，再开启微点服务，升级试试
如果还是不行，请直接联系我们在线管理员（QQ:466248167或383154254），让他帮您在线分析一下。
